Municipality psychiatry

Remember I told you about our municipality psychiatry? It is so called psychiatry performed by communities (kommuner) when patients are released from hospitals. (not all. Just the heavy cases.) But how on earth could socialworkers (in Swedish: socialsekreterare) work with psychiatry? With no supervision whatsoever from psychiatists or psychologists?? (they call it "social psychiatry". I would say 30.000-40.000 patients all over Sweden are affected.) I deem this an issue for the UN!
